- Where does the data come from?
- TCEQ's public pending-NSR page and its CBP standard-permit list, updated daily. We scrape respectfully (named user-agent, one request per five seconds, daily cadence only) and archive the raw HTML so we can re-parse if TCEQ changes anything.
- Are you affiliated with TCEQ?
- No. PermitPulse is an independent intelligence layer over TCEQ's public data. Every filing links back to the authoritative TCEQ page and PDFs.
- Can I watch specific operators across counties?
- Yes — by applicant. Watches combine filters: you can say "BASF or ExxonMobil in any Harris or Brazoria county NSR filing," for example. Leave dimensions you don't care about empty.
- What about Louisiana and Oklahoma?
