TCEQ's public pending-NSR page and its CBP standard-permit list, updated daily. We scrape respectfully — named user-agent, one request per five seconds, daily cadence only — and archive the raw HTML so we can re-parse if TCEQ changes anything.
Are you affiliated with TCEQ?+−
No. PermitPulse is an independent intelligence layer over TCEQ's public data. Every filing links back to the authoritative TCEQ page and PDFs.
Can I watch specific operators across counties?+−
